problem with spec mode

After we spec the game for some time in spec mode, game is pausing and then game is getting overeven though actual game is happening

Mod: 1.6 Game Data
Patch: v1.6 RC
Rated: RM - Team Games
Spec Delay: 1:30
Late Spectate: Yes
Anti-Cheat : Yes

Currentle game is happenng at MSL with Game 58 _"NOMAD LOVERS"_!!

I beleive this is happening when players is having georgians as civ.. today there is one more game with same problem

The problem appears to be related to Georgians. We are looking into it. :)
