This has been going on for 4-5 hrs. First time user of Voobly. I am able to join a lobby and start playing and then within 5 minutes. get disconnected from the game.
Also make sure no other applications are running (especially active downloads, cloud syncs or web browsers) when running Voobly.
an other way for the user to fix this?, since on HD also the game reconnects as soon as internet connection is back without dropping
some points.
port forward 16000udp to the private ip of the playing pc.
ensure voobly/game are allowed through the pc firewall.
make sure you only have one pc firefire active.
after the host launches the game to the civ set up screen, go back and resume the lobby. then return to the set up screen. see if that helps

state exactly what the problem is and what you have done to fix it.
